honestly the food taste fresh and would’ve been great if they got my order right. i got a 17.00 bowl and asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce anyway. There also isn’t any rice in the bowl at all. so for 17.00 i basically got corn chicken and pico. very upset about it. i’m sure other menu items are great but just won’t be getting this over priced bowl again.

Clean restaurant with nice staff. Simple menu that is very tasty. We ordered: Lunch Mezcal Bowl with steak Lunch Street Tacos both steak Lunch Traditiona Burrito with chicken Quesabirria Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. The bowl was large and full and had your choice of rice (Mexican or cilantro lime), beans (pinto or black), guacamole and sour cream. It also came with chips and salsa, salsa and chips are house made and delicious. Tacos were street tacos with corn tortillas and also came with chips and salsa. Burrito came with choice of side, e choose fries which were good. Inside the burrito was the meat and rice and other stuff. Quesabirria was crispy on outside, and was amazing. Came with the juices to dip it in. Fabulous. Had fresh onions and cilantro inside. Will get again!!! For four people, we all were very full and very happy.

I love the food here. I come pick up regularly and I’m in love with their bowls, burritos and tacos. Their guac is yummy and chunky, all their proteins feel high quality. You can’t go wrong with any choice. The chicken bowl I had last night was so flavorful and satisfying, I love how the chicken is cut up so it’s easy to eat. One time I had an issue with my burrito and they remade for me and let me keep the first one. All the customer service I’ve received has been friendly and professional.

I recently visited Mezcal Express in Dearborn, and let’s start with the moment you walk in—this place has style and vibes. The decor is super colorful, lively, and just puts you in a good mood right away. Now the food? Delicious. I had the street tacos with beans and rice, and listen… I don’t know what they put in those beans, but I’m convinced it’s some kind of sedative 😅 because I was full, happy, and ready to take a nap right after. No complaints though—they were that good. My fiancé had the birria tacos, which were phenomenal. I had never tried them before, and they came with this slightly spicy dipping sauce that took everything to another level. Definitely a must-try. Customer service is a little different—they don’t have traditional servers. You order at the counter, they bring your food out, and that’s pretty much it. Honestly, I didn’t mind it. They even have to-go containers and bags ready for you when you’re done, which makes things super convenient. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want good food, a chill atmosphere, and a no-fuss dining experience. Just come in, order, eat, and go. Simple and satisfying.
